Hope and Faith Cards Ministry

I have joined a fabulous new group created by my friend Shawnee,  Hope and Faith Cards Ministry.
We are a group that make and send cards to families that are coping with a child with an illness. Everyone likes to get a card, and these children and families need them more than ever. Just to know they are not alone, to know that someone is thinking about them, to give them a smile when a smile is often hard to find.

Here is a little info about the group:

Hope and Faith Cards Ministry is founded on the promise of Jeremiah 29:11 which reads, " For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
 
We believe in encouraging families of children with life threatening illnesses as we know how hard the road is.
The goal of our ministry is to provide hope and faith for families who are facing crisis and who just need to know someone is praying and cares for them.
We do this through sending beautiful handmade cards to remind them people love them and are praying for them.

These are the cards I have made for our first 2 missions. The first is a sympathy card for a family who lost a little loved one and the second is for a little boy currently in the hospital.
