Project Life is a Project!

Well, I finally made another attempt at a PL spread.  I put 2014 on hold and did last week instead. I was hoping if everything was still "fresh" in my mind it would be easier. It wasn't. lol

I am almost embarrassed to admit that it took me 3 days to do this, THREE DAYS!

I have used a few different files from Little Scraps of Heaven Designs to accent and embellish.

I should add that I have used one of my FAVE embellishments as well.... STICKLES!  Who doesn't love a little sparkle?? :)

As painstaking as it is for me, I really want to keep doing it.  So if you have any tips for me, leave them in the comments! :)

My first Project Life layout!

Project Life

Hey all!

So, back in 2013, I bought a whole bunch of stuff to do Project Life in 2014.  After a few weeks of trying to remember to take pics everyday, and sometimes being successful with that, I sat down to whip out some layouts.  Ya, that didn't happen.  In fact, I struggled so much trying to make one , that I put it all away and never even looked at it again.

Until recently.

A few of my crafty friends started a FB page, Bimini Moose, which is all about PL and pocket scrapbooking.

Well they totally inspired me to get my stuff out and give it a go, again.

After a couple days of headaches, I managed to put this together.

I used a few favorite patterns from Little Scraps of Heavens Designs to accent my layout and for my title.

I am not completely happy with it, but happy I did it!

Seeing how this is week one from 2014, I have a lot to catch up on! lol

Hopefully it gets easier, and I get better at it, as I keep going!
