Scrappy Thursday!!

As many of you know, Dr. Seuss' birthday was on March 2. My kids celebrated his birthday in school on Monday, so I have a few LO's to make!

Thankfully, Little Scraps of Heaven Designs has this cute new file "Fun to Have Fun" so it has made making these LO's super easy, and FUN!

My 7 yr old had to make a hat at home to wear, and he actually won 1st place for "Tallest Hat"!

Here's a LO I made for his school book:

I made the title in MTC and used the cat's hat.

My 5 yr old made a hat in school and on it she wrote, "I Love to Read!", which she does!

Using the same file, here is the LO I made for her book:

Obviously, I still have to print out the pics, but my LO's are ready and waiting!

It's the Wednesday Weekly!

Hey all!!!
We are back again with our Wednesday Weekly Challenge!!! Brought to you by Creative Cricut Designs & CBC Scrapbooking!
This week, Jennifer chose a border challenge, any theme goes!

I am border challenged, so this was an actual "challenge" for me! Way to go, Jennifer! lol

I went went a school theme, Kindergarten to be specific. I used 2 files from Scrapping Bug Designs, "ABC-123" and "Kindergarten title".

Here are the borders:

Then I went and put them right onto a LO. I could not for the life of me find the pics I wanted for page 2, so they are blank for now.

The "Top 10" list was printed out, then I fussy cut around it and stamped "Top 10" and all the numbers. (Proud moment for me! haha)

And here is Jennifer's border:

And then she put hers right onto a cute layout as well:
